1. Glutamic-Oxalacetic transaninase and Glutamic-pyrubic-transaninase value of the cerebrospinal fluid for the healthy Korean adult are as follows
a.) G. O. T.
The highest level: 20, the lowest level:3
The mean Value: 11.0¡¾5.6
b) G. P. T.
The highest level: 23, The lowest level: 6
The mean value: 13.9¡¾6.9
2. During the active stage of Tuberculous Meningitis, Infectious Encephalitis, poliomyelitis and tetanus the G. O. T. activity of the Cerebrospinal fluid are increased, though their value are not so remarkable.
3. In the acute infections cases on the central nervous system, the G. O. T. value could be notewarthy indicator for their diagnosis and prognosis.
